Health Tec Systems LLC Founder started offering medical billing and coding continuing education non-credit courses at Pasadena and Cerritos Community colleges in California in 1987. The very first class was full with attendance of 50, those in attendance included a judge, attorney, a few doctors and several office managers . The courses she taught were sold out 7 years in a row. In 1992 Martha Founded Health Tec Systems Consultation firm. Today she has a Masters degree in Legal Studies, BS in Healthcare Management, and is a Certified Professional Coder by the American Academy of Professional Coders.

All along Ms. Rodriguez and her staff worked computer conversions, contracted reimbursement assignments, Ar and Credentialing Services
for both hospitals and doctors offices.
As well as providing follow-up billing, collector, insurance verifier, credentialing new providers and continued education.
